Just a poem for tonight

I don't have much to talk about tonight so I'll leave y'all with a poem that I wrote awhile back.

Life Goes On
When I look up into this sky full of tears,
The fleeting blue tightens in my chest.
If it's destiny I'll leave behind,
Days I've fought till sorrow's end.
Life goes on passionately as long as I am alive,
Even if I lost sight of my true self.
Life goes on I want to protect it.
My heart is shattered.
And in these eyes that have seen true sadness,
Love overflows.
